Memorial service set for journalist Anthony Shadid in Oklahoma City
Boston Herald
Shadid died of an apparent asthma attack Thursday while on assignment for the New York Times [NYT] in Syria. He was known for his coverage of wars and conflicts in the Middle East and was awarded Pulitzer Prizes in 2004 and 2010.
