Australia Asthma Action Plans

Asthma Action Plan Australia and Online Survey

The National Asthma Council Australia is currently in the process of updating our existing asthma action plan.

To assist us in fulfilling our commitment to create a practical resource that is simple for health professionals to use and for patients to follow, we would like to have your thoughts on the proposed new action plan.

From the The National Asthma Council Australia website:

An integral part of asthma management is the development of a Written Asthma Action Plan by the person with asthma and/or their carer together with their doctor. An asthma action plan helps the person with asthma and/or their carer recognise worsening asthma and gives clear instructions on what to do in response.

Once completed, print copies of the new action plan will available for order via the NAC website.

We will also have it available for download in colour or a black and white version for easy printing.

We would appreciate you taking the time to review the draft and provide your feedback via our online survey (Note: a full size image is available to view on the survey page).

If you are a GP or other health professional, please complete the questions here.

If you are a person with asthma or the parent/carer of someone with asthma, please complete the questions here.
