Town approves moratorium on dispensaries
The Telluride Town Council on Tuesday passed a six-month moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries within town limits. But since a handful of potential pot purveyors have already obtained business licenses with the town, the moratorium doesn’t mean dispensaries won’t appear in Telluride in the next half-year.
